What is the attire?
Black-tie. Dress to impress. Ladies, Floor-length Evening Gowns. Gentlemen, Black Tuxedos. Please refer to our Attire page for a style guide.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
To allow all of our guests, including parents, the chance to have an evening of relaxation, this will be an adults-only ceremony & reception. We appreciate you making proper arrangements for your little ones (and teenagers) in advance.
Can I bring a date?
As we have a strict guest-list, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your specific invitation.
What happens if I do not RSVP in time?
If we do not receive an RSVP by mail or on the website form by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a “No.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be in indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony will be taking place outdoors on the Da Vinci Lawn. The lawn is artificial turf, so ladies, no need to worry about heels sinking. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the Da Vinci Terrace. The reception will be taking place indoors in the Tuscany Ballroom.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you please arrive an hour to half an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
Where should guests park?
Valet parking is only available at The Ritz-Carlton. The valet fee has been reduced for wedding guests to $35.00 – For our Uber Discount code please refer to the transportation page.
Can I take pictures or video during the ceremony?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. No pictures or videos are to be taken during the entire duration of the ceremony. Let the photographers handle it.
I can’t attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding?
Yes, we will have a streaming service provided for guests to join us virtually if their circumstances do not allow for you to join us in person. Please email duo@delzotti.com to receive streaming information.
